摘要
介绍了包头市牧区基本情况及牧民专业合作社发展的现状,将牧区合作社成立分为能人领办型、行政推动型、专业大户联合型3种类型,介绍了各种类型的特点。针对牧区合作社存在的规模小、盈利能力弱、资金缺乏、人才短缺、信息不对称等问题,提出了牧区合作社发展的设想及对策建议。
The basic situation of pasturing area in Baotou City was introduced, as well as the development status of herdsmen professional coop- eratives. The cooperatives were classified into three types, including talents leading type, administrative promoting type and union type, the char- acteristics of each type were introduced. Aiming at the existing problems, such as small scale, weak profitability, lack of fund, shortage of tal- ents and information asymmetry, several suggestions for developing pasturing area cooperatives were put forward.
