摘要
年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)是老年人主要的不可逆性致盲眼病之一。近年,湿性AMD的药物治疗取得了一定进展,但仍有不少问题有待深入研究,而干性AMD目前尚缺乏有效治疗药物。中药防治AMD的研究报道已有不少,并显示在AMD防治上有一定优势。本文就中药防治AMD的研究进展作一综述。
Age-related macular degeneration （AMD） is main irreversible blindness of eye disease to the aged. In recent years, wet AMD drug treatments have made a certain progress, but many problems still need to be studied more deeply, and dry AMD is lack of effective treatments. Quite a few researches of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） preventing and treating AMD have been reported, and display certain advantages. In this article, new progresses about the preven- tion and treatment of TCM in AMD are summarized.
