摘要
通过对我国军工企业目前普遍存在的问题的深度分析,提出了选拔有卓越管理能力的领导者,锤炼有拼搏精神的团队,用好责权利相结合的原则,开发人才潜能、发挥人才优势,民品产销和管理应坚持独立运作等几点管理思考,以期望对军工企业走军民融合式发展道路提供一些帮助。
This article analyzed the common problems of China's military enterprise and proposed some thoughts on management: to select outstanding managers, to train dashing team, to keep the principle of responsibility-right-benefit combination, to develop employee's potential and advantage and to insist independent operation and management of civilian goods, in hope of providing help for the military and civilian integration development.
