FPSO与固定平台间DCS微波链路不稳定原因分析及WiMAX微波系统性能测试

摘要 分析了秦皇岛某油田绕单点旋转的FPSO与周边固定平台传输DCS生产数据、关断信号的微波链路不稳定的故障原因,并对拟采用的海底光缆和WiMAX微波技术建立链路的2种可能方案进行了比选,最终推荐采用WiMAX微波技术实现该油田FPSO与固定平台间的链路传输。性能测试结果表明,WiMAX微波系统可在旋转的FPSO与固定平台间建立可靠的传输链路,能够满足该油田生产和作业的需要。 DCS data and shutdown signals trans mission between swinging mooring FPSOand fixed platform in Bohai Sea have been implemented through microwave link. The possible causes of microwave link unstabilization are analyzed. The detailed solution selection analysis has been done between submarine fiber optical cable method and microwave method. Based on the performance test, it's concluded that the WiMAX microwave system can set up the reliable link between swing ing mooring FPSO and fixed platform.
