摘要
高职法律类专业基础课程法学基础课程,以"认识社会现象和法律现象"的认知过程为导向进行课程改革实践,是对"以工作流程为导向"的创新。改革实践中,通过精选教学内容、创新教学方法、建立多元评价体系等方式进行全方位探索和尝试,走出了基础理论课程改革的新途径。
Higher vocational fundamental legal course Basics of Law carries out course reform and practice based on the cognitive process of "understanding social phenomena and legal phenomena", which is an innovation to the "work procedure-orlentation". In re- form and practice, new channels of fundamental theory course reform are established by multidimensional explorations and attempts of earefully selecting teaching content, innovating teaching methods and establishing multiple evaluation system.
