南昌市土地利用系统健康评价及障碍因素诊断 被引量:7

摘要 随着人口的不断增加、经济的不断增长,土地资源被滥用,建设用地大量占用耕地,使得土地资源承载力已经到达极限,人们越来越关注土地利用系统健康问题。土地利用系统健康意味着土地资源可持续利用。文章以南昌市为例,主要采用PSR概念模型和层次分析法,构建土地利用系统健康评价模型。研究结果:(1)2003—2011年南昌市土地利用系统健康水平呈逐步改善态势。2011年南昌市土地利用系统健康评价综合指数为0.689 3,呈亚健康状态。(2)提高土地利用系统的健康主要要从系统压力和系统状态这两个方面着手,影响土地利用系统健康的障碍因素主要包括地均GDP、人均耕地面积、GDP年增长率等。为了促进土地利用系统健康水平的不断提高,需要节约集约利用土地,降低经济增长对土地资源的过度消耗,加大环保投资力度,加大水土流失治理力度。 With the continuous increase of population and economy, the abuse of land resources is universal, con- struction land occupies cultivated land, and the carrying capacity of land resources has reached the limit. Individ- uals pay more and more attention to the health issue of land use system. The health of Land use system means the sustainable utilization of land resources. This paper, taking Nanchang city as an example, mainly takes PSR con- cept model and AHP to build a health evaluation model of land use system. The conclusions are as follows: ( 1 ) The health level of land use system of Nanchang has been gradually improved from 2003 to 2011, and the compre- hensive indices of health assessment of land use system was 0. 689 3 in 2011, which is in a sub-health state. (2) Improving the health level of land use system mainly begins from two aspects: system statement and system pres- sure. Obstacle factors of the health of land use system mainly include: GDP per land, Arable land per capita, GDP growth rate. To promote the health level of land use system continuously, we must economize on the inten- sive use of land, reduce the excessive consumption of land resources because of economy growth, increase the in- vestment in environmental protection and increase the control efforts on soil erosion.
