注射用盐酸克林霉素在2种注射液中配伍的稳定性考察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 考察室温下,注射用盐酸克林霉素分别与5%转化糖注射液、5%转化糖电解质注射液配伍的稳定性.方法 按临床常用浓度配置盐酸克林霉素与5%转化糖注射液、5%转化糖电解质注射液配伍液,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中盐酸克林霉素0~8 h内的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观及pH值变化.结果 注射用盐酸克林霉素与5%转化糖注射液及5%转化糖电解质注射液8 h内配伍液外观、pH值及含量均无明显变化.结论 在室温下,注射用盐酸克林霉素分别与5%转化糖注射液、5%转化糖电解质注射液8 h内可配伍使用. Objective To study the stability of clindamycin hydrochloride for injection in 5 % invert sugar injection ,5 % multiple electrolytes and invert sugar injection respectively at room temperature. Methods Changes in the contents of clindamycin hydrochloride were determined by RP-HPLC, and the changes of appearance, pH value were observed within 8 h. Results There was no significant change in the contents, appearance and pH value of the compatible solution at room temperature within 8 h. Conclusion The mixture of clindamycin hydrochloride for injection and 5% invert sugar injection,5% multiple electrolytes and invert sugar injection can be used respectively after storing for 8 h at room temperature.
