摘要
培养学生具有较强的听力能力是大学英语教学的重要目标之一.听力过程是一种认知过程,听者的认知风格影响着听者对所接收到的信息进行加工、整合.近年来,大多数学者从认知心理学的角度出发,将场独立/场依存认知风格应用到大学英语听力教学中,揭示听力过程中的心理活动规律,并取得了显著效果.本文以学习者的认知风格为出发点,研究其在独立院校中对听力教学的影响,然后根据我院学生的特点及学习者不同的认知风格提出了适合其风格的英语听力教学策略,最大程度地提高学习者的听力水平及语言应用能力.
One important aim of college English teaching is to foster the students' listening ability. Listening is a cognitive process, the listener's cognitive styles affect the matching and integration of the information that they have received. In recent years, most scholars apply field - dependent/independent theory to college English teaching from cognitive psychology, uncovering the psychological rules and getting some achievements. So this paper uses the learner' s cognitive styles as the starting point, researching its influence in non - governmental college English listening teaching and proposing some teaching strategies in order to improve students' listening ability.
