摘要 以某城市地铁某线路为例,对制动盘线路运行模拟的实现方法进行了研究;讨论了线路运行工况载荷参数化施加的方法,并采用APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)语言实现载荷的参数化定义。仿真得到制动盘的温度及热应力状况,其满足车辆使用要求。提出的方法可为制动盘及其他车辆制动部件的线路运行模拟提供有效的指导和依据。 A research on the implementation method of the line running simulation of brake discs was conducted based on a line of a city subway; the measure of parametric applying of the load in the line running cycle was discussed, and the parametric defining of the load was realized using ADPL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language). As a result, we got the thermal and stress status of the brake disc, which satisfies the using requirement of the vehicle. The approaches we presented can serve as rational guidance and proofs for the line running simulation of brake discs or other brake assembles.
