摘要
氧化铝生产用水主要分为供热站系统和氧化铝系统,本文分析了这两个系统水平衡状况,通过采取一系列措施,将氧化铝系统外排的污水代替新水进入供热站系统,经处理后用于沉降洗涤和石灰消化,降低了新水消耗,减少了污水排放量。
The water used in alumina production is mainly used for heating system and alumina system. The water balance conditions of the two systems were analyzed in this paper. By a series of measures, the discharged sewage instead of new water entered into heating system, and then used for sedimentation and washing system and lime slaking after treatment, which reduced the new water consumption and de- creased discharging sewage amount.
