摘要
寡糖具有促生长、降血脂和增强机体免疫功能等作用，应用于家禽生产可提高生产性能和经济效益。本文着重对目前国内外寡糖的研究进展及其在家禽生产上的应用等方面进行综述，并对今后进一步开发利用寡糖资源加以展望。
Oligosaccharide with promoting growth, reducing blood fat and enhancing immune function, can improve poultry production performance and economic benefit. In this paper, the current research progresses at home and abroad on applications of oligosaccharide in poultry production , and the prospect for further development and utilization of oligosaccharides resource were reviewed.
