摘要
目的:研究倍他乐克联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性早搏患者的疗效及副作用。方法:将我院90例冠心病并室性早搏的住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒,口服9g/次,3次/d,温开水冲服;两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评定疗效。结果:两药联用对心脏病合并室性期前收缩的治疗,能很好的改善患者临床症状,心电图记录室性早搏发生次数明显减少,两药联合使用其总有效率明显高于单一使用倍他乐克,两组的以上各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用倍他乐克联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病并室性早搏,能有效控制心功能不全合并高脂血症的临床症状,减少室性早搏的发生次数,提高患者的生活质量等方面有显著疗效;值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy in treating coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beats by Betaloc combined with Wenxin granule. Methods： 90 cases of coronary disease and ventricular premature beats hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, treated group was taken Wenxin granules, 9 g each time, 3 times a day, on the basis of the conventional treatment. After the treatment for 3 months, follow up the clinical symptoms, evaluate curative effect. Results： After 3 months treatment, treated group compared with the control group, can improve clinical symptoms of patients, significantly reduce electrocardiogram record number of ventricular premature beat, the two groups had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Betalocand and Wenxin granules can effectively reduce theoccurrence of ventricular premature beat, improve the quality of life of patients and so on. It has significant curative effect oncoronary disease and ventricular premature beats; worthy of being applied in clinical treatment.
