摘要
目的提高静脉药物配置中心配药环节的安全性。方法改革科室三级质控小组工作,运用品质管理方法,构建信息化管理平台,健全短时配药护士的质量控制手段。比较实施前(2010年4月至2011年3月)及实施后(2011年4月至2012年3月)配药错误发生率及护理质量。结果实施后配药错误发生率显著低于实施前(P<0.01);临床科室护士对配置中心服务满意度从72.3%上升至90.4%,护理质量检查评分由93.1分上升至96.5分。结论静脉药物配置中心对配药环节实施有效科学的安全管理,既能保障静脉用药的安全性又可提升服务满意度。
Objective To improve safety of preparation of intravenous infusion solutions in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service （PIVAS）.Methods We reformed three-level quality control system,employed quality management strategies,created a computer-aided information management platform,and strengthened quality control in temporary nurses.The incidence rate of preparation errors and nursing quality were compared before （from April of 2010 to March of 2011） and after （from April of 2011 to March of 2012） implementation of these measures.Results The incidence rate of preparation errors decreased significantly after the intervention （P＜0.01） ; clinical nurses＇ satisfaction with PIVAS increased from 72.3％ to 90.4％,and the score of nursing quality increased from 93.1 points to 96.5 points.Conclusion Through implementing effective and scientific safety management in preparation of intravenous infusion solutions in the PIVAS,can both guarantee safety of intravenous drug use and improve service satisfaction.
