摘要
介绍利用SKALAR间隔流动分析仪对发酵液、成品双乙酰含量的分析 ,并对SKALAR与GB法的分析结果进行比较、分析。阐述间隔式流动分析仪的操作技巧及相关标准的配置和标定。
The applications of SKALAR brand interval flow analyser in the analysis of fermentation liquid and content of product biacetyl were introduced. Besides, the analytic results by SKALAR were compared and assayed with the analytic results by GB methods. And the operational techniques and the configure and calibrating of relative standard of the interval flow analyser were also illustrated in this paper.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
