福岛核电站事故在世界范围内引起高度关注,核危机引发的后果影响深远,东京电力公司在后续处置上预判不足、反应滞后、手段缺乏、信息透明度低,引起了国际社会、日本政府和国内民众的严重不满,顷刻之间陷入危机之中。福岛核电站事故教训深刻,引人深思,深入剖析事故原因,对做好电力企业信息运行安全工作具有重大意义。
Tokyo nuclear power accident has highlighted great concerns, and has also a profound effect. Measures taken by Tokyo Electric Power Company resulted in serious dissatisfaction of international community, Japanese government and domestic audiences because of underestimation of accident, delayed response, lacking means, and low information transparency, and the crisis turn up rapidly. We draw profound lessons from Fukushima nuclear power plant accident, and there is a great significance fbr power electric enterprises to deeply analyze root causes of the accident in order to improve information operation security.
