摘要
政府与市场是两种资源配置方式,在不同的经济体、同一经济体的不同发展阶段,都存在如何定位政府与市场关系的问题。改革开放以来,我国经济飞速发展,创造了"中国奇迹",但也存在发展不平衡、不协调、不可持续等问题。在经济体制改革的"攻坚区"和"深水区",党的十八大明确指出,处理好政府和市场的关系是推动我国经济转型和发展方式转变的关键。
Government and market are two types of resources allocation in the field of economics, and it＇ s crucial to deal with their relationship in different economy and even the samet economy in its different development stages. Our economy has experienced a rapid development since the reform and opening up, creating Chinese miracle, but the develeplement of economics is unbalanced, incongruous and unsustainable. The economic system reform is in the crucial stages. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that dealing with the relationship between the government and market is essential to promote change in the mode of economicre structuring and development pattern.
