摘要
结合托电公司500 kV出线3条线路跳闸的事故,介绍了当托电公司600 MW机组500 kV出线全部跳闸后,快速恢复公用系统运行及保障厂用蒸汽的措施。强调了此类事故的处理要点及操作步骤,指出了500 kV出线全部跳闸后,依托呼热公司机组是保障托电公司机组安全停运,不造成主、辅设备损坏的必要手段。
Combining with the trip-out accident of three 500 kV output lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited,the measures to quick recover the common service system operation and to ensure the auxiliary steam supply after the 500 kV output line of the 600 MW units of the company all tripped were introduced. The key points and operating steps in treating of this kind of accidents were emphasized. It was pointed out that after the 500 kV output lines all tripped,to depend on the power units of Hohhot Thermal Power Company Limited is the necessary method to ensure the units of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited to stop safely and to avoid the main and auxiliary devices damage accident.
