摘要 介绍了用X-射线荧光光谱法测定炼钢炼铁尘泥中Fe,Si,Al,Ca,Mg,Mn,P七元素的方法。灼烧后的试样经高温熔融制成玻璃片。确定了熔融条件:熔融温度1100℃,熔融时间21min。工作曲线上各元素含量值用灼烧减量值进行换算。方法的准确度及精密度良好。 The present paper introduces the method for the determination of 7 components ( Fe, Si, Al, Ca, Mg, Mn,P) in steelmaking and iron- making dust and sludge by X- ray fluorescent spectrometry. After ignition, the sample is made to be a glass sheet which during melting in 1100℃ for 21 minute. The value of each element in the working curve should be conversed by the loss of ignition. Results show that this method is of high accuracy and reliability.
