摘要
文章针对传统装配型制造企业对零部件供应商供货比例的确定只注重事前评价这一不足,通过引入质量成本、风险成本等考评指标,结合传统事前供货比例优化指标,在系统分析各优化指标影响因素的基础上,构建了基于综合经济指数(质量成本、交易成本和风险成本)的企业零部件供应商动态供货比例优化求解模型,实现对零部件供应商供货比例事前、事中以及事后的动态优化,为企业对零部件供应商供货比例的科学决策提供了依据,并结合具体实例验证了该求解模型的准确性与有效性。
Aiming at the fact that traditional assembly manufacturing enterprises only focus on the evaluation beforehand to ascertain the supply ratio, by introducing indices such as the quality cost, risk cost, combined with traditional beforehand supply ratio optimization indices, and on the basis of ana- lyzing each index systematically, the dynamic supply ratio optimization model of the enterprise suppli- ers based on the comprehensive economic indices including quality cost, bargain cost and risk cost is established. By using this model, the dynamic optimization of the supply ratio is realized beforehand, concurrently and afterwards, which provides a basis for the enterprises to make scientific decision of the supply ration of the suppliers. The model is verified to be accurate and valid by specific examples.
