摘要
著名生态经济学家加勒特·哈丁的生态思想对当今国际社会产生了深远的影响。文章将其生态思想概括为三个主要观点,即"生态环境不是予取予求的‘公地’"、"要树立解决人口问题新的伦理观"和"寻求在生态环境的承载力内生活"。学术界对他的一些观点一直存在不同的争论。本文将力求对哈丁的这些思想进行全面评述,在肯定其杰出贡献的同时,指出其思想局限性。
Garrett Hardin is a famous ecological economist whose ecological thoughts have had a profound impact on today＇s international society. This paper summarizes his ecological thoughts as three main points, namely ＂ecological environment is not the commons＂, ＂to set up new ethics in order to solve population issues＂ and ＂to seek to live within the bearing capacity of the ecological environ- ment＂. There have been a lot of different arguments about some of his views in academia. In this paper, a broad overview of these ideas of Hardin is presented, which not only affirms his outstanding contribution, but also points out his ideological limitations.
