摘要
目的:探讨微型钛钉种植体作为支抗压低幼犬牙齿是否有效以及对幼犬牙槽骨生长发育是否有影响。方法:选用6只本地雄性幼犬,在每只犬的一侧下颌第二前磨牙(P2)第三前磨牙(P3)颊舌侧龈下10mm处分别植入微型种植体,2周后用链状橡皮圈越过颌面连接双侧的种植钉(皮圈力量为150g),分别压低P2、P3,每2周加力1次,共8周。对侧下颌骨不种植为对照组。实验前后测量同一条幼犬两侧下颌骨的长度及4个部位的宽带和高度值。结果:实验侧和对照侧在种植前后下颌骨的长度、宽度和高度的生长变化无明显差异(P<0.05);幼犬实验侧受力牙齿P2被平均压低1.47mm,P3被平均压低0.98mm。结论:微型钛钉种植体作为支抗可以压低牙齿进行有效移动;微型钛钉种植体作为支抗压低牙齿对幼犬牙槽骨的长度、宽度、和高度发育无显著影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mini-implants as anchorage to stress down teeth on young dogs and the the influence to the mandible. Methods: We selected 6 young dogs and put mini-implants into the bone of the buccal and legal side of the teeth P2, P3, about 10mm under the edge of the gum. Two weeks later we connectted the implants at both sides of the teeth with powerchain(150g) to stress down the teeth. Every 2 weeks we strengthened the powerchain and 8 weeks in total. The opposite mandible without implants served as a control group. The length, width and height of both sides of mandible were measured before and after the experiment. Re- sults: No significant difference was found between the growth of bone in test group and control group(P〈0.05). The teeth P2 were pressed down 1.47ram on average and the teeth P3 0.98mm. Conclusion: Mini-implant as anchorage can stress down teeth evidently on young dogs. Mini-implant as anchorage had no effect on the dento- alveolar develop on young dogs.
