摘要
目的探讨18F-FDG-PET/CT显像在肾母细胞瘤首次分期、再分期中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析26例肾母细胞瘤患儿的18F-FDG-PET/CT图像,获得PET/CT对肾母细胞瘤肿瘤分期中的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确率。结果18F-FDG-PET/CT在肾母细胞瘤肿瘤分期中的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确率分别为94.6%、70.7%、85.4%、87.9%及86.1%。结论18F-FDG-PET/CT显像对肾母细胞瘤的分期及再分期具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of lS F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography with computerized tomography （ISF-FDG-PET/CT） in staging and restaging of Wilms＇ tumor. Methods The imaging data of lSF-FDG-PET/CT of 26 children with Wilms＇ tumor were retrospectively analysed, and the specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of PET/CT in staging of Wilms＇ tumor were calculated. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of PET/CT in staging of Wilms＇ tumor were 94.6%, 70.7%, 85.4%, 87.9% and 86. 1% respectively. Conclusion 18 F-FDG-PET/CT has definite value in staging and restaging of Wilms tumor.
