摘要
对丙烯腈装置反应气体冷却器筒体(Q345R,厚度55 mm)与上、下管板(15CrMo,锻厚度230 mm)之间环缝区查出的裂纹类缺陷的性质进行了试验分析。在解决探伤、缺陷清除、焊接裂纹控制、现场局部热处理等技术问题后,在-25℃、高空条件下成功完成了修复任务。
The natures of cracking defects were analyzed by experiments in girth welds between cylinder(55 mm in thickness,Q345R) and the upper and lower tube plate(230 mm in thickness,15CrMo forging).After the defect inspection,defect removal,cracking control,local heat treatment and other technical problems being solved.Reaction gas coolers was been successfully repaired at-25℃ and high altitude conditions.
