摘要
通过添加不同浓度的水杨酸 (SA) ,比较了它们对红豆杉细胞过氧化物酶 (POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )含量及对细胞生长和紫杉醇含量的影响 ,结果表明 ,SA可提高POD及PAL的活性 ,促进细胞内H2 O2 含量的上升并有利于紫杉醇的合成 ,其中 2 0mg/LSA对紫杉醇合成的促进效果最明显 ,紫杉醇含量可达对照组的 13倍。
The activity of peroxidase (POD),phenylalanine ammonia-lysae(PAL),the content of hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) and the biosynthesis of taxol in Taxus Chinensis suspension culture exposed to various concentrations of salicylic acid was investigated.The results indicated that the addition of SA was followed by an increase in POD、PAL activity and it also promoted the content of H 2O 2 and taxol.Taxol productivity increased 13-fold when the cultures were exposed to 20mg/L SA.It suggested that SA could be used as an elicitor to improve the taxol yield in taxus cell culture.
