摘要
为实现建材装备制造业生产过程的精益化,分析了精益生产和单件小批量生产方式的生产特点,研究了精益工具中的看板管理、可视化管理和均衡化生产,并应用ASP.NET平台及SQL Server数据库技术,设计了一套适合装备制造企业的精益生产管理系统,该系统已在某公司实施应用并取得了较好的效益。
In order to achieve the lean of the building materials and equipment manufacturing process, the lean production and a single small batch production features were analyzed. The lean tools of kanban management, visualization management and equalization production were discussed. And ASP. NET platform and SQL Server database technology were applied to develop a set of suitable equipment manufacturing enterprises lean production management system. The system has been implemented in a company and good benefits were obtained.
