摘要
EPC项目中循环冷却水系统设计方案的优劣对电耗和投资产生较大的影响。通过对某EPC电站项目循环冷却水系统的设计湿球温度、循环冷却水温差及循环水主管径不同取值的技术经济比选,确定了设计湿球温度采用27.0℃,循环冷却水温差为8℃,循环水主管径为DN 1 400 mm的优化设计方案。实际运行证明,该方案不仅满足设计要求,还节约投资、降低电耗。
Design scheme of circulating cooling water system in EPC project have a great impact on power consumption and investment. Several design schemes of the circulating cooling water system of a EPC project adopting different wet-bulb temperatures, cooling water temperatures difference and main pipeline size were com- pared from aspects of technology and economy; finally, an optimized design scheme with wet-bulb temperature of 27.0℃, circulating cooling water temperature difference of 8℃, and main pipeline size of DN 1 400 mm, was determined. The actual operating results showed that, the said scheme could not only meet the design require- ment, hut also save investment and reduce power consumption.
