摘要
目的:建立泌尿宁颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,以甲醇-水(63:37)为流动相;检测波长为250nm。结果:五味子醇甲在10.24~153.60μg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.85%,R SD为0.54%(n=6)。结论:本文方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于泌尿宁颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the Determination of Schizandrol A in Miniaoning Granules. Methods:HPLC was used and methanol-water (63:37) mixture as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 250nm. Results:Schizandrol A showed a good linear relationship at a ranger of 10.24 - 153.60 μ g ·mL-1 ,r=-1.0000. The average recovery was 99.85% ,and RSD was 0.54% (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used for quality control Miniaoning Granules.
