摘要
结合武汉某大型在建项目实例,并与上海某相似案例进行对比分析,描述了如何选择合理的电费计量政策,从而达到既能满足用电需求,节约能源,又可节约电费的目的。
Combining with a large construction projects instance in Wuhan, and comparing with the similar case in Shanghai, the paper described how to select electricity metering policy reasonablly, so as to satisfy demand, and the purpose of saving energy and eleclriety.
