摘要
开发基于图像的灭火救援分布式网上训练平台,运用数字化照片或视频生成相关的火灾或其他灾害事故场景,并模拟事故发展的动态过程,营造实战化训练环境。平台分为训练任务编辑系统、训练监督控制系统、训练处置作业系统和训练过程评价系统等功能模块。以独立、成组等训练模式将训练平台应用于灭火救援想定作业、灭火战术演练、灭火作战预案等,可为消防部队提供一种崭新的实战化模拟训练平台。
Develop a firefighting and rescue distributed online training platform, apply digital photos or video to generate rele- vant fire or other disaster accident scene, and simulate the dy namic process of the accident, to create actual combat training environment. The platform was divided into four major func- tional modules, including task editing system, task monitoring and controlling system, task operation system and process eval- uation system. With independent, group training mode, using the training platform in firefighting and rescue work, like fire tactical drills, firefighting plan, provides a practical new simu- lation training platform for fire forces.
