摘要
聚合物材料的火安全性能是聚合物研究领域的一个重要课题,石墨烯的二维层状结构使其具有优异的阻燃效应,如片层阻隔效应等,能够延缓热量的传递、热解产物的扩散、逸出。同时,石墨烯含有的大量含氧官能团可以与不同功能或结构的目标化合物发生化学反应,得到热稳定性和火安全性能更高的经化学修饰后的功能性石墨烯,其与聚合物结合后,进一步提升聚合物的火安全性能。
Fire safety characteristic is an important topic in com- posites materials research. The 2D layered structure of graph- eme brings good flame-retarding effect, such as lamellar barrier effect, which can help delay the heat transfer, and diffusion and escaping of pyrolysis products. Graphene have many oxygen- containing functional groups, which can conduct chemical reac- tion with target compounds of different function or structure, and produce functional graphene with better thermal stability and fire safety characteristic. After combining the functional graphene with composites, the fire safety can be improved.
