摘要
目的亚低温治疗作为一种辅助治疗手段,可使重型颅脑创伤病死率下降,促进其神经功能恢复并改善预后。本文设计了一种可实现局部亚低温控制的外围电路实验装置。方法该实验装置包括单片机控制系统、人机交互界面、输液泵、双腔导管和传感器。传感器监测目标位置的温度变化,单片机系统控制输液泵驱动冷却液,在导管的热交换头处进行热交换,以实现并维持目标位置的亚低温状态。结果设计并实现了局部亚低温控制的外围电路实验装置,实验结果显示可以较快的速率实现降温效果,并通过自动控制实验装置的冷却液速率来实现亚低温的保持。结论该实验装置可为局部定点亚低温控制技术提供研究基础。
Objective Mild hypothermia, as a kind of auxiliary therapy, decreases severe head trauma rate,promotes the nerve function recovery and improves the prognosis. We design a peripheral control circuit that can achieve mild hypothermia in local part. Methods The experimental device consists of control center, man-machine interface, infusion pump, double catheter and sensor. The temperature of the target position is inspected by the sensor. The driven cooling fluid of infusion pump is controlled by the SCM system. Heat exchange takes place between the head heat exchanger and the simulated body organization to achieve and maintain the state of mild hypothermia in the target position. Results We design and implement a peripheral control circuit that can achieve mild hypothermia in local part. The effect of mild hypothermia is proved and the state of mild hypothermia in the target position maintains through controlling the speed of the cooling fluid. Conclusions The experimental device provides a research foundation for local mild hypothermia.
