A General Energy Consumption Model for CNC Machine Tools and Its Application

摘要 数控机床能耗部件数量多,能耗类型复杂,建模困难。针对数控机床能耗建模困难问题,建立了一个数控机床能耗通用模型。该模型先将其能耗分为负载无关和负载相关两个能耗部分。引入开关函数和常量函数描述与负载无关的部分能耗,用功率平衡方程描述与负载相关部分能耗。该模型将定性的能耗描述转化为能耗的定量方程,为预测和实时监测机床能耗提供了依据。 It is difficulty to build the energy consumption model of CNC machine tool because CNC machine tool usually has many energy consumption components w hich have complicated energy characteristics.For this reason,an general model is proposed.The proposed model firstly divides the entire machine-tool energy consumption into load-independent consumption and load-independent energy consumption.The former is quantificated by a series of sw itch-off functions and constants,and the latter is calculated according to pow er balance equation.In this w ay,the proposed model transfers qualitative description of energy consumption to its quantification,and lays a foundation to monitor in real time the energy consumption state of machine tools.
