摘要
介绍三菱E60S数控系统在GSCK200A高速高精数控车床中的应用,通过合理配置数控系统、伺服驱动器和电机,设计相应的伺服驱动电路,达到了数控车床高速高精的性能。实际应用表明,高速高精数控车床按此方法配置数控系统,能达到较好的性价比。
The paper introduces the application of Mitsubishi E60S CNC system in GSCK200A Highspeed High-precision CNC lathe,through the reasonable configuration of CNC system,servo-drive and motor,design the corresponding servo-drive circuit to arrive the performance of High-speed High-precision CNC lathe.Practical application show s that High-speed High-precision CNC lathe can arrive better performance price ratio w ith the use of the configuration method for CNC system.
