摘要
生态文明建设是应对资源环境与经济发展之间矛盾的重要举措,研究基于资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设的视角,参考已有研究建立了城市圈土地可持续利用评价指标体系,运用全排列多边形图示指标法对武汉城市圈进行了实证研究。研究结果显示武汉城市圈各城市间土地可持续利用水平差异显著,武汉市是土地可持续利用水平最高的城市,评分为0.145,其次是鄂州市,评分为0.136,土地可持续利用水平最低的地区是黄石市,评分仅为0.013,与武汉等城市差距较大。全排列多边形图示指标法不仅可以得到评价对象的整体情况,还可以发现其发展中的优势和不足,是处理土地可持续利用评价问题较为有效的方法。
The construction of ecological civilization is an important measure to deal with the contradiction between the resources and environment and the economic development. Based on the perspective of resource-saving and environment-friendly society and making reference to the establishment of sustainable land use evaluation index system of the urban circle making use of the full array the polygon icon index, this paper conducts an empirical research into the urban circle of Wuhan City. The results show that sustainable land use levels between the cities of Wuhan circle are quite different, with Wuhan enjoying the highest level, followed by Ezhou City, and the lowest level is found in Huangshi City, which is greatly different from that of Wuhan City. The full array polygon icon indicator approach can not only obtain the overall state of the evaluated object but detect in each index the strengths and weaknesses, providing an effective way to evaluate the sustainable use of land.
