摘要
采用Aspen Plus模拟软件对树脂醇精馏分离进行了模拟,考察了理论塔板数、回流比以及系统压力对分离效果的影响。实验结果表明:采用负压精馏的方法对树脂醇进行精馏处理,可有效分离树脂醇中含有的乙二醇(EG)、1,2-丙二醇(PG)、1,4-丁二醇(BTD),在塔板数30,回流比2.5条件下,精馏分离可得到PG物质的量分数92%的产品,且在适当回流比条件下,系统的操作压力对塔顶中PG物质的量分数影响不大。
The distillation process of resinol was simulated with the Aspen Plus software, and the influences of number of theoretical plate, reflux ratio and operation pressure on the distillation process were investigated. Experimental result showed that vacuum distillation method could effectively separate ethylene glycol ( EG), 1, 2 -propylene glycol(PG) and 1,4 -butanediol (BTD)from resinol ;under the optimum condition of theoretical number of plates 30, and reflux ratio 2. 5, the content of PG in the distillate can reach 92% (in mole fraction) ;and under the condition of appropriate reflux ratio, the operation pressure of system had little effects on mole fraction of PG in the tower top.
