摘要
目的观察穴位注射治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法气虚型选用黄芪注射液、血虚型用复方当归注射液、阴虚型用生脉注射液、阳虚型用黄芪注射液及瘀血痰浊型用丹参注射液。结果 30例病人中,显效17例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%。结论临床观察证明穴位注射治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效确切。
Objective to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture point injection in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods Huangqi injection used for the type of qi deficiency and Yang deficiency, blood deficiency type use Danggui injection, yin deficiency type use Shengmai injection, blood stasis and phlegm type with Danshen injection. Re- sults In 30 cases, 17 cases got significant effect, effective in 11 cases, 2 cases was invalid, the total effective rate was 93.33 %. Conclusion The clinical observation proved that acupoints injection in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome has exact curative effect.
