摘要
论述从中药常山中提取的有效组分常山碱及其衍生物的抗肿瘤、抗球虫、抗瘢痕、抗疟疾以及治疗糖尿病、骨质疏松症等药理学活性的最新研究进展,为今后常山碱及其衍生物作为新型药物的研发奠定基础。
Pharmacological activity of Febrifugine extracted from Dichroa febrifuga Lour.and its derivatives were reviewed,including anti-tumor,anti-coccidium,anti-scar,anti-malaria,treatment of diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis and so on,which will provide reference for the development of Febrifugine and its derivatives as newer medications.
