摘要
传统的单张软包商标已不再适用,多特征连续软包商标是集商标印刷色彩的清晰度、色彩的递变和商标中各图案的位置精度于一体,一次性将多枚激光全息防伪图案和凸字烫金烫印于连续卷盘软包商标中,同时采用机器视觉检测系统,用于多特征的连续烟标质量的检测,将烟标印刷和烫金的各种缺陷记录在计算机中,并通过构建电子清废系统剔出连续卷盘的废品,为其他连续卷盘软包商标的生产改革提供了借鉴。经过测试和调整,最终达到了预期的生产目的。
Traditional single soft packs of cigarettes are inapplicable, more features continuous soft bag is combined with printing color clarity, color grading, trademark of each pattern in the location accuracy, one-time more laser holographic anticounterfeit patterns and bronzing stamping on continuous reel soft bag, at the same time, machine vision detection system was used in the detection of more features of the continuous quality of cigarette label, recorded printing, hot stamping all kinds of defects in the computers, and an electronic waste system clear waste products was construct, which provided the reference for other continuous reel trademark reform. After testing and adjusting,the expected production was finally achieved.
