摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷结合药线点灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例变应性鼻炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组50例,采用穴位贴敷结合药线点灸治疗;对照组50例,采用氯雷他定药物治疗。观察治疗2个疗程后的疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。治疗2个疗程后治疗组总有效率90%,对照组为78%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷结合药线点灸可以缓解患者临床症状,提高疗效,是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法之一。
Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint plaster coupled with Zhuang medicated thread moxihustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods ： 100 patients were randomly and equally divided into research group and control group.Acupoint plaster coupled with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion were applied in research group while Clarinex in control group. Clinical effects of two therapeutic approaches were observed. Results ： Total effective rate of research group （ 90% ） was higher than that of control group （ 78% ）, which had a statistical significance （ P〈0.0I ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint plaster coupled with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion can relieve symptoms and improve efficacy, which is an effective therapeutic approach for allergic rhinitis.
