摘要
目的:观察温和灸治疗高脂血症的效应机制。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸组、针刺组、药物组5组,每组12只。自制脂肪乳剂灌胃4周,建立高脂血症大鼠模型,造模成功后开始治疗,治疗期间模型组、艾灸组、针刺组、药物组继续脂肪乳剂灌胃,治疗4周结束。用酶联免疫法检测血清ox-LDL及ET-1。结果:艾灸组、针刺组、药物组均具有明显降低血清TC、TG、LDL-c、ox-LDL及ET-1的作用,且艾灸组降低TC、LDL-c、ox-LDL的效果优于药物组,针刺组降低TG的效果优于艾灸组、药物组,药物组降低ET-1的效果优于针刺组、艾灸组,但无统计学意义,各组ox-LDL与ET-1无相关性。结论:温和灸在调脂的同时,还具有降低大鼠血清ox-LDL及ET-1的含量,发挥其抗氧化、抗血管损伤、预防AS的作用,温和灸在特定的病理环节优于西药。
Objective: To observe the mechanisms of warming moxibustion in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, the normal group, model group, acupuncture group, moxibustion group, medication group, and each group had 12 rats. Hyperlipidemia rat models were established by intragastric administration of fat emulsion 4 weeks. Treatment start after modeling success, and the model group, acupuncture group, moxibustion group, medication group were continue treated gastric perfusion of intralipid during the following 4 week' s treatment. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of serum ox-LDL and ET-1. Results:The contents of serum TC, TG, LDL-c, ox-LDL and ET-1 of moxibustion group, acupuncture group, medication group were lower than model group, and the difference was statistically significant, but also they can HDL-c, though without statistical significance. Moxibustion group was better than medication group at the effect in decreasing the contents of TC, LDL-c, ox-LDL. The effect of acupuncture group in decreasing TG was better than the effect of moxibustion group and medication group, medication group had the better effect on ET-1 reduction than the other two groups. Ox-LDL has no relation with ET-1 in all groups. Conclusion: Warming moxibustion has obvious effects in regulating lipids of hyperlipidemia rats. The specificity and non- specificity of warming moxibustion not only can regulate lipid, but also can reduce serum ox-LDL and ET-1, playing a role of resistance of oxidation and vascular injury and prevention of AS. Warming moxibustion is superior to western medicine in certain pathological link.
