摘要
定向精度是影响高精度磁悬浮陀螺全站仪应用的重要因素之一,目前仪器的定向角计算是采用3倍的方差来消除误差影响。本文根据仪器采集的海量数据的特征,利用时间序列分析方法,分析仪器采集的转子电流误差序列的统计特性,建立误差模型,自主地修正转子电流的数据,可有效改善仪器的定向结果,提高定向角的精度。实验结果表明利用时间序列分析方法进行仪器误差数据建模分析是有效且可行的。
Directional accuracy is one of the most important factors that affect the application of the maglev gyro total station. At present, the calculation on the directional angle of the apparatus uses triple variance to eliminate the error influence. According to the characteristics of mass data collected by the instrument, the error series were analyzed and modeled by time series analysis. It could perfect the forecasting result of the maglev gyro total station obviously. Simulation results showed that the proposed approach would be satisfactory.
