摘要
对顺丁橡胶装置溶剂回收单元进行溶剂直采工艺改造以降低能耗,考察了直采比例对丁二烯中二聚物含量和装置蒸汽消耗的影响以及直采工艺对顺丁橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,丁二烯中二聚物含量随直采比例的增大而增大,蒸汽消耗随直采比例的增大而逐渐降低;当直采比例达到48%时,丁二烯中二聚物质量分数为247×10-6,满足实际生产上不大于0.1%的要求,而蒸汽消耗则由未直采时的10.9 t/h降低至6.2 t/h。溶剂直采工艺对所得顺丁橡胶的性能没有明显影响。对顺丁橡胶装置溶剂回收单元进行溶剂直采工艺改造,技术可行。
The revamping for solvent direct recycle process of recovery unit in cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber plant was conducted in order to decrease energy consumption,the effects of solvent direct recycle ratio on dimer content in butadiene and steam consumption,as well as the effect of direct recycle process on properties of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber were investigated.The results showed that the content of dimer increased and the steam consumption decreased with the increase of direct recycle ratio.The mass fraction of dimer in butadiene was 247×10-6 which met the production requirement of no more than 0.1%,and the steam consumption decreased from 10.9 t/h to 6.2 t/h when the direct recycle ratio was 48%.The solvent direct recycle process was no significant effect on properties of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber.So the solvent direct recycle process revamping for recovery unit in cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber plant was feasible.
