摘要
扫网取样法因其操作简便、成本低廉,成为草原蝗虫群落研究中最为常用的抽样调查法。本研究通过比较07:00~19:00不同时间使用扫网调查蝗虫群落的结果,探讨扫网取样法应用于蝗虫群落结构的研究是否受调查时间的影响。试验结果表明,07:00~17:00各时间点网捕得到的蝗虫成虫、蝗蝻数量无显著性差异(P〉0.05);不同时间处理统计得到的蝗蝻比例、群落多样性指数、均匀性指数及丰富度指数均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);网捕得到的蝗虫数量与调查时的外界温度(18~28℃)无显著线性关系(P〉0.05)。综合研究结果来看,07:00~17:00可作为使用扫网调查蝗虫群落的适宜时间。
Sweep sampling is the most common method used to the community structure research for grass-land grasshopper, it is easy and cost-effective. To study the effects of sampling time on the communitystructure research for grassland grasshopper with sweep sampling, the collected data obtained from varioustimes during 07 : 00—19 : 00 was compared in this study. The results showed that the caught numbers ofadult and nymphal grasshoppers were not statistically different (P〉0, 05) from 07 : 00 to 17 : 00. Therewere no significant differences (P〉0. 05) in ratio of nymphs, community diversity, evenness and richnessacross times sampled. Regression analysis showed no correlation between grasshopper capture and temperature range from 18 to 28 ℃ (P〉0. 05). In conclusion, the suitable time for grasshopper communityresearch with sweep sampling is from 17 :00 to 07 :00 clock.
