摘要
分析了低温阀内部介质温度变化对填料函填料处密封的影响,通过假设对阀盖模型简化建模,利用ANSYS对模型进行传热学分析,得出不同长颈阀盖颈部长度所对应的填料函底部温度值的对应关系,并对模拟计算的长颈阀盖颈部长度值与其它标准规范及手册中所规定的数值进行对比分析,最终总结出影响长颈阀盖颈部长度数值的主要因素。
This paper analyzed the effects for the bonnet seal packing,when the temperature of the cryogenic medium changed.According to assuming that simplifies modeling,and by using ANSYS heat transfer analysis,the corresponding relationship between the length of bonnet neck and the temperature for the bottom of stuffing box were concluded.And finally,the major factors were given which impacted the length of the bonnet neck by comparativey analysing the results and the value recorded in the manual and other standards.
