摘要
多头大导程梯形螺纹的加工有较大的技术难度,结合加工双盘摩擦压力机上三头丝杠的实际生产经验,分析了加工此类零件的加工工艺与编程方法,解决了多头大导程梯形螺纹难加工的技术难题。
Multiple large lead trapezoidal thread processing has greater technical difficulty,combined with the actual production experience of the processing of double disc friction press three head screw,the machining process and programming method of processing such parts are analyzed and difficult technical problems of processing the multiple large guide distance of trapezoidal thread are solved.
