摘要
研究了在乙醚和正戊醇体系中,Co2+与硫氰酸钾形成络合物的稳定条件。实验表明,以吸光度为评价指标,体系的最佳反应条件为1.0mL钴(Ⅱ)标准溶液;4.0mL硫氰酸钾标准溶液,pH=2.0,温度24℃,乙醚4.0mL,反应时间40min。
The stability conditions about Co^2+ and potassium thiocyanate complex formation in ether and amylalcohol system was studied. The absorbance was index for evaluation, Experimental results show that,the optimal reaction conditions were 1.0mL cobalt ( Ⅱ ) standard solution;4.0mL potassium thiocyanate standard solution, PH = 2. 0, temperature 24℃, ether4. 0mL, Reaction time 40min.
