摘要
采用X射线衍射仪研究不同固化处理对秸秆苯酚液化物纤维原丝XRD特征的影响规律。结果表明:固化处理对秸秆原丝结晶区002晶面衍射峰位置的影响不显著;不同固化处理水平下对秸秆原丝X射线衍射峰强度的影响表现出不同的变化趋势;秸秆原丝002晶面衍射峰强度随着盐酸浓度的增大先提高后降低,随着固化温度的升高先减小后增大,随着固化时间的增长而降低。
The effect of curing process on XRD properties of carbon fiber precursors from liquefied corn stalk in phenol was studied using X-ray power diffractometer. The results showed that the effect of curing process on the location of diffraction peak of 002 crystal plane in crystalline region within the precursor was not significant; at different curing process, the effect of curing condition on the intensity of X-ray diffraction peak presented different variation tendency. With increaseing the concentration of hydrochloric acid, the intensity of X-ray diffraction peak at 002 crystal plane showed a tend- ency of rising then declining. With increaseing curing temperature, the intensity of X-ray diffraction peak showed a tendency of declining then rising, the intensity of X-ray diffraction peak declined with increasing curing time.
