基于层面理论的贵州省幼儿教师幸福感结构研究

摘要 幸福感研究分为主观幸福感和心理幸福感,近年来两种研究趋向一致。本研究以层面理论为基础,将主观幸福感与心理幸福感整合,对贵州省幼儿教师的幸福感进行调查研究与分析,利用最小空间分析法,以空间结构图的形式直观呈现变量之间的关系,对比国外对幸福感的同类研究,验证了层面理论对幸福感研究的合理性及适用性。结果表明,层面理论及其分析技术对幸福感的定义和测量具有广泛应用价值,能够较好探究幸福感的结构。 Based on the facet theory, the study integrated the subjective well-being and psychological well- being to carry out the well-being investigation for preschool teachers of guizhou province. The results of smallest space analysis provided support for the mapping sentence constructed in this study which was used to design the questionnaire. The results of this study were also compared to other similar researches on the structure of well-being. It is verified and addressed in detail the rationality and applicability of the facet theory in well-being study.This study provided deeper insights into the utility of facet theory and demonstrated that the facet theory and its analysis techniques have unique values in well-being's definition and measurement and exploration of the well-being structure as well.
