摘要
长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)是一组长度大于200个核苷酸、缺少特异完整的开放阅读框、无蛋白质编码功能的RNA。lncRNAs可参与表观遗传修饰。许多真核生物和哺乳动物的基因组以发育调节的方式被转录,可以产生很多lncRNAs。lncRNA可通过多种途径调控DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重构和其他RNA干扰形式,而DNA甲基化、染色质重构等也可调控lncRNA的表达及功能,本文将对lncRNAs的功能、在基因调节中所起的作用以及在医学方面的重要性进行综述。
Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) is a group of RNAs, which are longer than 200 nu- cleotides without containing functional open reading frames and cannot encode proteins. The studies indicate that lncRNAs can participate in the epigenetic modification. The most genome in mammals and other eukaryotes is transcribed in a developmentally regulated manner to produce large numbers of long non-coding RNAs. lncRNA can regulate DNA methylation, histone modi- fications, chromatin remodeling and other RNA interference through many ways, and the expres- sion and role of lncRNA can be regulated by DNA methylation and chromatin remodeling. This article will review the lncRNAs function and its important role in gene regulation and medicine.
