微电解+Fenton氧化预处理园区医药废水的研究 被引量:10

Microelectrolysis Combined with Fenton Oxidation for Pretreatment of Pharmaceutical Wastewater from an Industrial Park

摘要 考察了微电解+Fenton氧化对园区医药废水的预处理效果。结果表明,对于COD为1500~2000mg/L、BOD5/COD值〈0.10的园区医药废水,当微电解反应时间为90min、双氧水投量为25mg/L、反应液pH值控制在3左右时,对COD的去除率〉50%,出水BOD5/COD值提高到0.40以上,完全满足后续生化处理要求。 The pretreatment of the pharmaceutical wastewater from an industrial park by microelectrolysis combined with Fenton oxidation was investigated. The results showed that for the pharmaceutical wastewater with COD content of 1 500 to 2 000 mg/L and BOD5/COD ratio of less than 0.10, when microelectrolysis reaction time, hydrogen peroxide dosage and pH were 90 min, 25 mg/L and 3 respectively, the COD removal rate was more than 50% , and the BOD5/COD ratio increased to more than 0.40, fully meeting the requirements of the subsequent biochemical treatment.
